Western American Home Center was founded in 1986 by two brothers:  Al and Scott Townsend.    By the mid 1990's Western American was the highest volume retailer of manufactured homes in Arizona.  Our operations evolved from selling new manufactured homes to focusing on an emerging niche market -- used homes.  In 2001, Western American constructed a state of the art facility in Tucson, Arizona to refurbish manufactured homes.

Today Western American Home Center offers customers the choice of quality new or refurbished homes, backed by 21 years of experience in sales, delivery, and set up.  Our relationships with key partners link you easily to lenders, manufacturers, and real estate professionals.  We are one of the leading manufactured home dealers in the southwestern U.S. serving Arizona, California, Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado.
